Bulk UTM Builder

Bulk UTM generator (CSV). Paste a CSV of URLs + utm_source/utm_medium/utm_campaign and output tracking links (one per line) — runs locally in your browser.

CSV input

Expected columns: url (or base_url) plus UTM fields like utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content.

Bulk UTM builder (CSV)

Generate campaign tracking links in bulk from a spreadsheet export. Paste CSV, then copy a clean list of URLs (one per line) ready for ads, newsletters, or social posts.

CSV format

  • Required: url (or base_url)
  • Optional: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content

How it works

  1. Each CSV row is parsed into a URL.
  2. Any filled UTM fields are applied as query parameters.
  3. The tool outputs the final tracking URLs (one per line).

Notes

  • If a URL is missing https://, the tool assumes https://.
  • Existing query parameters are preserved; UTM parameters are added/updated.
  • Rows with invalid URLs are skipped (see the status counter).

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the bulk UTM builder work?
Paste a CSV file with your URLs and UTM parameters. The first row should be headers (url, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, etc.). The tool processes each row and generates a complete tracking URL with all UTM parameters appended. You can then copy or download the results.
What CSV format do I need?
Your CSV needs a header row with column names like 'url', 'utm_source', 'utm_medium', 'utm_campaign', 'utm_term', and 'utm_content'. Each row represents one URL to tag. The tool automatically detects the format and builds the tracking links.
Can I add UTM parameters to hundreds of URLs?
Yes. The tool handles hundreds of URLs efficiently. Prepare your CSV with all the URLs and their corresponding UTM values, paste it in, and generate all tracking links at once. This is perfect for large email campaigns or ad sets.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All processing happens in your browser. Your URLs and UTM data are never uploaded to any server. For sensitive campaign data, this local processing ensures your information stays private.
What are UTM parameters used for?
UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) are tracking tags added to URLs. They tell analytics tools like Google Analytics exactly where your traffic comes from, helping you measure campaign performance accurately.
