How it works
- Each CSV row is parsed into a URL.
- Any filled UTM fields are applied as query parameters.

Notes
- If a URL is missing https://, the tool assumes https://.
- Existing query parameters are preserved; UTM parameters are added/updated.
- Rows with invalid URLs are skipped (see the status counter).
